A hands on demonstration of Sprouting for Health! Francis Sisti, professional gardener will demonstrate the steps of growing sprouts on the kitchen counter using Mason Jars. He will explain steps involved, and the stages of growth of sprouts including radish, yellow mustard, broccoli, Chia, and wheat sunflower.
