We will begin by sharing delicious green juice and herbal tea from our garden, followed by a discussion about the need for a regular day of Slow, the Medicine for your Soul. The rest of the day will be devoted to delivering just that, as we connect with nature, move our bodies, and enjoy a nutritious meal.
From there we will talk about stepping into our authentic being, and setting intentions for springing forward into the season ahead.
