Canning Workshop – Preserving the Harvest

Spend time with community and learn how to preserve your food so that you may enjoy the summer’s bounty, even during the winter months. This day will include instructional knowledge and skills on basic canning, fermenting and food preservation techniques, as well as reaping the SunRaven Garden in order to get ready for the winter months. Expect to take home some canned goods, and hang out with the SunRaven family.
