Join Dr. Michael Finkelstein at SunRaven, at his Wellness Center and home in the third of this three part series presented by Westchester Community College. In this class, Dr. Finkelstein will address food, nutrition, nourishment, mindful eating – and all the physical and spiritual processes which make eating such a sacred experience. This class will largely serve as a reflection for one of the most basic functions in our every-day life, and offer a fresh and rejuvenating look on how (and why) we consume food.
