Canning and Fermenting: Preserving the Harvest

Learn how to preserve your food so that you may enjoy the summer’s bounty, even in the winter months! This day will include instructional knowledge and skills on basic canning, fermenting and food preservation techniques, as well as reaping the SunRaven Garden in order to get ready for the winter months.
