Women’s Mindful Eating and Cooking Workshop

January 24, 2017 @ 10:30 am - 1:00 pm

$150

Recipes: Bone Broth & Beet Stew with Lamb Meatballs

This workshop, specifically designed for women, will assist you in slowing down and savoring life.

The kitchen will be used for exploring not just what, but how, why and when we eat. Become aware of current patterns around food and eating and learn new ways to enjoy food using the components of mindful eating.

Working alongside other women you will create nourishing, seasonal recipes using mindfully-sourced ingredients. Experience lunch in a new way as you are guided through a mindful eating meditation that activates your senses and prepares the body to receive. You will leave the workshop with a plan for how to recreate the day’s recipes at home and adjust according to taste or dietary requirements. Come join us in a cozy farm kitchen where your heart and belly will be at ease with food, connection and sharing.
