We all feel stress during the holidays. The expectations are that it is a happy time with family, friends, filled with gifts, good food, and company. However, many of these expectations are not fulfilled, and therefore we feel a sense of sadness and disappointment. Perhaps this time of year brings up feelings of loss, or feelings of not having enough. Either way, this time of year can create demands and stress on all of us.
